Part II

Okay - So this is my last post because for the next few days I will be semi-busy and unable to access a computer. The picture above was taken at Caerphilly Castle in Wales, the town where my grandparents grew up. We started the day in Cardiff (where both my grandparents went to university) and wandered around a museum. Super fun -- I'm being serious...of course!

Next we went up to Caerphilly and went to a castle (always makes me happy....I really like castles). Caerphilly is a small Welsh town located about half an hour outside of Cardiff. It has a great castle, by the way. I really like castles...

Anyway, I'm exhausted because I thought I would be heroic and skip the medicated sleep last night. I am apparently still jet lagged and was up 'till 4am. Tomorrow my mum and I set off for London to visit a cousin and then home!

Enjoy the pics! Adios mah people, mah mah people ...

P.S Here is a random family shot . My cousin is the lady on the left and my uncle is the man in the middle ( ha! -- they drove down from London for the afternoon. We had a legal debate. It was great).

Blenheim Palace

We went to Blenheim and looked at a palace. Lovely.

I'm going to leave you with a quote from one of my favourite movies! I watched it yesterday for the seventh time. Adios dears

"Good book is it?
Oh, Jackie Collins.
I'm reading Kafka at the moment. Not very funny. Except the one about a bloke that turns into
a beetle. Really wacky. Wouldn't get anybody turning into a beetle in a Jackie Collins.
You might get someone sleeping with a beetle...' He wrapped her up, in his stick like arms, all six of them...tapping her sensuously on the head with his wiggly wobble aerials...'"

The Kates storm Cheltenham Part I

SO -- My mumma and I are currently visiting my grandparents in Cheltenham, England. These yearly trips are always a pleasure as I get to hang out with an ex-English teacher and a walking history textbook for a week. On the drive from Heathrow to Cheltenham (which by the way, is the most terrifying ordeal of the year for me), I get a play by play of the hot spots from my mothers childhood (which includes a brick wall she knocked over while kissing a boy -- amazing....nothing screams romance like the sound of falling rock). It is lovely to see my grandparents and chill out for a week (not that I have a vast amount of responsibility back home but none the less...). I will post some more pictures when I have a chance. Lots of love and adios --

Hands with eyes wide open -- this time
